Description
1851 Regulation enlisted artillerymen’s insignia for the Shako and, although unauthorized for use by soldiers, later used on kepis and forage caps. This is the standard Artillery insignia most commonly used prior to the Civil War.
Reproduction Insignia is approximately 1-1/2″ x 2-1/2″. Made from stamped brass with soldered brass wire hooks for attaching to hats or other items. Made in the U.S.A.
