45/70 Springfield M1873-1879 Trapdoor Lower Band

Description

This is the style band WITH OUT the Buffington rear sight cut out in fine condition with a lot of blue remaining. It was used on Springfield Model 1873’s as well as all, 1877, 1878 and 1879, 45-70 Carbines, Rifles and Cadet. These trapdoors that did not originally have the Buffington sight .
