Description
This boot was originally designed for the Artillery Driver (known as the M1851 Artillery Driver Boot) but were issued to Cavalry Troops as well during the Civil War. Our modern reenactors prefer to wear these boots while reprising an Infantry or Officer role; however, are not exclusive to officers only.
These boots are shorter than our Cavalry boots, are made of high-quality natural heavy leather, dyed black, and available in whole and half sizes 7 through 13. Medium width. Approximately 12″ high. Heel plates can be installed for $10.95. Made in Mexico.
