Indian Wars style US Infantry Officer button. This brass button features the Eagle style and raised shield and ‘I’ starting in the Indian War period during the 1870s and 1880s.

Large, approximately 7/8″, used on Shell Jackets, Great Coats and Frock Coats.

Small, approximately 5/8″, used on Kepis/Caps, Vests, Cuffs, Overcoat Capes, etc.
