Description
This is an original M1842 & M1816 Long Range Rear Sight and mounting screw. These sights were added to .69 Cal. muskets when they were rifled by the Military. Deep and clear US marked. Number elevations on side of sight are marked deep and clear. Ladder number marking are deep and readable though slightly worn.
