Straight Razor with White Handle and Strop

Our quality white handled straight razor is a reproduction of a 19th century straight razor commonly in use during the Civil War. Before Mr. Gillette invented the disposable blade, men used “straight razors’ or, as those from England would say, “Cut Throats”. This particular razor is great for display but may require additional sharpening with the strop if it is to be used for shaving. Razor is 5-1/2″ long when closed.
