Brass Round Shoulder Plate with the state seal of Virginia depicting Virtus slaying the tyrant with the motto “Sic Semper Tyrannis”. The breast plate was intended for Virginia units and would be worn on the cartridge box sling. Approximate Diameter: 2-3/8″
