Description
This handkerchief was carried by W.C. Wyatt of Alabama while he was in the Gid Nelson Light Artillery. He was wounded during the battles around Atlanta and unfit for service following the wound, which resulted in loss of one of his legs. This handkerchief is a gem, it measures 31 x 25 inches, so it is South Union Mills’ largest available! Made from 100% cotton. South Union Mills had the prototype of this handkerchief at the Middle Tennessee Civil War show in December and it was a customer favorite and received many many compliments!
